These Payment Terms apply to all transactions on www.anoviaa.com and comply with German financial regulations, EU Payment Services Directives, and PCI DSS security standards.

Accepted Payment Methods

We support secure European payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All providers are EU-regulated and GDPR-compliant.

Currency & VAT

All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR). All displayed prices include statutory German VAT with no hidden fees, complying with German pricing transparency rules.

Payment Security

Our checkout system uses end-to-end SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. Anoviaa does not store full credit card data on servers.

Billing Verification

Billing addresses must match your payment provider’s registered information. We may suspend or cancel high-risk orders for fraud prevention.

Authorisation & Capture

A temporary authorisation hold may apply at checkout. Funds are only captured after order dispatch. Cancelled orders will have holds released per European bank processing cycles.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage direct support communication to resolve payment disputes before chargebacks. We provide complete transaction records for fair resolution.

Order Confirmation

A payment and order confirmation email will be sent after successful transaction completion for your records.
